Women state legislators are eligible for up to two complimentary nights at the Hotel Washington. Legislators will be asked to provide their preferred check-in and check-out dates during the registration process, Women In Government will arrange hotel accommodations on behalf of attending legislators. Participants are encouraged to arrive on Tuesday, September 8, 2026.
For all other attendees, the link to book accommodations in the Women In Government room block is provided during registration.
TRAVEL PLANNING AND GETTING TO THE HOTEL
Hotel Check-In/Out: Check-In is 4:00pm and Check-Out is 12:00pm .
Getting to the Conference Hotel: During low traffic, the hotel is located 16 minutes from the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). The hotel is also a 2-block walk from the nearest Metro station (Metro Center) which provides direct access to Regan National Airport (DCA) via the Blue Line.
Ride Share/Taxi: Uber/LYFT/Taxi are available with rates varying depending on time and demand.
Driving: The hotel has partnered with LAZ Parking which offers guests valet parking for $80 USD, plus applicable taxes, with in-and-out privileges. For hotel guests, valet is billed to your guest folio.
