For nearly 40 years, Women In Government has hosted conferences, state-based events, and webinars to discuss cutting-edge public policy issues. Women In Government brings together state legislators and diverse stakeholder experts to elevate and support the impactful work of women legislators.

The 2026 Leadership & Innovation Summit convenes women state legislators, thought leaders and other stakeholders to participate in a diverse range of session programming around three policy areas: Strong Economies, Access to Health Care and Resilient Communities.

Topics included within these policy areas matter most to women legislators, their communities and their constituents, and equip legislators with actionable information to take back to their states.
