Women In Government offers travel assistance to help women state legislators attend our national conferences!

Through our Legislator Travel Reimbursement , women legislators are eligible for a travel reimbursement of $1,400* for this conference! Reimbursements are offered on a first come, first served basis, and additional reimbursement may be provided for extraordinary travel or financial need, subject to program limits.

*To be considered for additional reimbursement, travel —including airfare— must be booked by October 19, 2026.

Reimbursement forms are available online, on your conference registration page after the event and as a fillable PDF. Once your submission is received, please allow 2-3 weeks for your reimbursement to arrive.
