TRAVEL PLANNING AND GETTING TO THE HOTEL
Booking: All registrants are responsible for booking and reserving their own hotel accommodations. Links to reserve rooms at the host hotel are provided above and during the registration process.
Speakers and Board Members are required to specify their hotel needs during the registration process. For any hotel or logistical questions, please email Jen Scott.
Please refer to the agenda for the conference start and end times, as well as any invitation-only events, to plan your travel and free time.
Hotel Check-In/Out: Check-In is 4:00pm and Check-Out is 11:00am .
Getting to the Conference Hotel: The hotel is located 10-15 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport (SLE). The hotel does not offer shuttle service; however, concierge can arrange a taxi or private car for you. You can also take the TRAX light rail Green Line, and get off/on at the Courthouse Station, just a half block from the hotel.
Ride Share/Taxi: Uber/LYFT/Taxi are available with rates varying depending on time and demand.
Driving: Self-Parking and Valet Parking are available. The hotel offers self and valet parking options. Valet parking is $34 per night. Self-parking is $24 per night.
