Women in Government serves as a member-informed, policy-driven organization leading the nation with bold, courageous and passionate vision that empowers and mobilizes all women state legislators to drive sound policy.

The 2025 National Legislative Conference unites women state legislators, thought leaders and other stakeholders to participate in a diverse range of session programming around three policy areas: Strong Economies, Access to Health Care and Resilient Communities. Topics included within these policy areas matter most to women legislators, their communities and their constituents, and equip legislators with actionable information to take back to their states.
