Booking: All registrants are responsible for booking and reserving their own hotel accommodations. Links to reserve rooms at the host hotel are provided above, during the registration process, and in the Hotel Info section of the conference website. Speakers and Board Members are required to specify their housing needs during the registration process. For any hotel or logistical questions, please email Jen Scott .

Hotel Check-In/Out: Check-In is 4:00pm and Check-Out is 11:00am .

Getting to the Conference Hotel: The hotel is located 20 minutes from St. Louis Airport (STL) and a five-minute walk to the Link light rail station at Westlake Avenue and Olive Way.

Please note that driving times vary according to time of day and current traffic conditions.

Ride Share/Taxi: Uber/LYFT/Taxi are available with rates varying depending on time and demand

Driving: Self-Parking and Valet Parking are available. The hotel offers parking in its attached garage. Overnight guests can park for $40 per night (self-parking) or $50 per night (valet), both plus tax. Visitors are charged $8 for the first hour of self-parking, with an additional $10 per hour, capped at $40 plus tax. Daily valet parking is $10 per hour, up to $50 plus tax.
