Radio Public Service Announcements- $65,000 - Professionally produced radio public service announcements recorded by women state legislators are distributed to their district and state radio stations. Four scripts are written: two that can air during an awareness month and two evergreen that can be aired year round.

Pre-Conference Tour Sponsorship- $7,500 (Limited to 3 Sponsors) An exclusive opportunity to showcase your company and highlight your mission, initiatives, or industry expertise to a select group of 12 -15 women state legislators. The pre-conference tour provides visibility and fosters meaningful engagement in an intimate setting, creating opportunities for impactful dialogue and strategic networking. We will arrange transportation and provide light snacks for attendees.

Bill Share Session Sponsorship - $5,000 per company - Sponsor one of Women In Government's popular open mic Legislator Bill Shares during conference general session. You have the opportunity to welcome attendees from the podium, and your logo will appear on-screen during the session. Benefits include one conference registration and logo on signage and meeting book.

Room Drop Opportunity - $2,500 (Limited to 1 company per day) - Leave a branded item with your company logo and custom message/white paper for attendees to find in their hotel rooms after a long day. (Limited to one item which must be provided by the sponsor). Benefits include one conference registration and logo on signage and meeting book.

Daily Email Sponsorship (Limited to 1 company per day) - $2,000 for Wednesday; $1,500 for Thursday; $1,500 for Friday- Daily emails sent to all conference attendees will include a banner ad with hyperlink to company website, as well as one sponsored piece of content. Benefits include one conference registration and logo on signage and meeting book.

Platinum Level Reception Sponsor - $5,000 - Benefits include one conference registration and logo on reception signage and in the meeting book, and you have the opportunity to make remarks from the podium.

Hotel Key Card Sponsorship - $3,000 (Limited to 1 company) - Benefits include one registration and logo on custom hotel room keys for conference hotel guests, on signage and conference meeting book.

Wi-Fi Sponsorship - $2,500 (Limited to 1 company) - Benefits include one conference registration and logo general session tabletops, on signage and meeting book.

Photo Booth Sponsorship - $2,500 (Limited to 1 company) - Sponsor a photo booth at Women In Government's opening reception at the Leadership & Innovation Summit. Your logo will be incorporated into the photo booth. Benefits include one conference registration and logo on signage and meeting book.

Gold Level Reception Sponsor - $2,500 - Benefits include one conference registration and logo on reception signage and in the meeting book, and you will be acknowledged from the podium.

Meeting Book Advertising $2,500 for full page ad; $1,500 for half page ad; $1,000 for quarter page ad - Looking to advertise an upcoming event or get some attention for an initiative your company is working on? A meeting book ad is a great visibility opportunity.

Beverage and Coffee Break Sponsorship - $1,500 - Benefits include one conference registration and logo on signage during break.
