REGISTRATION FEES
All registration fees are collected at time of registration via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). Registration includes access to all regular sessions, meals and ancillary events as part of this year’s program. Registrants attending specific invitation-only events are not charged additional fees.
Legislator Registration Fee for WIG's 2025 National Legislative Conference in St. Louis is $150, and Missouri women state legislators are offered complimentary "Host State Legislator Registration" to attend this event. Please note that all legislator attendees must complete registration in order to access the Legislator Travel Scholarship benefit.
Women In Government Board Members are entitled to complimentary registration and are eligible for the Legislator Travel Scholarship upon registration. Please contact WIG Business Operations Specialist, Carla Cunningham if you have any questions.
Business Council and Sponsors are entitled to one or more complimentary registrations depending on level of support. Contact WIG Director of Corporate Relations, Tracey Pribble for more information.
Individual Private Sector Registration is available for $1,000.
HOW DO I REGISTER?
To register for Women In Government's 2025 National Legislative Conference, please click the following link which will take you to the registration form and prompted to create your own password Registration
Please register according to your appropriate registration Type: WIG Board Member, Legislator, Complimentary Business Council Attendee (Business Council, Associate Member, Event Sponsor or Affiliate Organization tracks) or Paid Private Sector Attendee.
The registration site includes the ability to log back in and edit a completed registration. For any changes you need to make after you’ve submitted the form, please click the “Already Registered?….” area and then, after logging in, you will see everything previously entered.
To submit multiple registrations, select 'Logout' once you have finished each one. to return you to the conference website and allow you to register the additional persons.
WHOM SHOULD I CONTACT IF I HAVE SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS OR ALLERGIES?
Please list any special dietary needs or allergies in the Special Requests section while registering for the conference or by email by clicking here.
CONFERENCE CODE OF CONDUCT
All conference attendees are expected to be respectful of the opinions and time of fellow attendees, presenters and conference and venue staff, and agree to abide by Women In Government’s Code of Conduct Policy.
HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOLS
Women In Government follows the health and safety rules of the host venue, city and state in place during our events. Please note that WIG does not require proof of Covid vaccination to attend our conferences, but restaurants and other venues in the area may. Attendees may want to keep proof of Covid vaccination on hand at all times while planning your non-conference free time.
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE / ATTIRE FOR THE CONFERENCE?
Business casual is recommended during the conference. Also, some receptions may be held outside, so remember to pack a sweater or jacket.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Legislators, if you need to cancel, please notify Women In Government immediately if you are unable to attend so that we may award your scholarship to another legislator. Kindly send notice of your cancellation by email by clicking here no later than Friday, May 9, 2025.
Registration fee may be refunded as follows:
• 100% of the of registration fee is refunded for cancellation made by 5/9/2025
• $100 of the registration fee is refunded for cancellation received from 5/10-5/23/2025
• No registration fee is refunded after 5/24/2025, but the registration fee may be transferred to attend the November 2025 Leadership & Innovation Summit in La Jolla (please contact any WIG staff for details)
Attendees cancelling event registration are responsible for cancelling all their own travel and hotel accommodations.
ONSITE CONFERENCE CHECK-IN
All conference programming will take place at the conference hotel. Please come to the Women In Government 2025 National Legislative Conference Registration Desk in the conference center to pick up your name badge and conference materials.
